Question about phosphate in wines
First I would suggest if you want to try brewing wine is getting oraganic apple juice, pouring some into a sanitized separate container or drinking a little for space,and throwing bread yeast in there or if you can get some wine yeast,but bread yeast will tolarate the alcohol leval, and ferment it out dry(tsp. citric acid if you want)(sediment though, but you can syphon it off boil ...
